Hi, my name is Ryan. I have been working in this field off and on for the last 14 years and for the last 5 years I have been primary lead teacher in an infant room. I have been married for 15 years, and we have a 15-year-old son that we had adopted from foster care back in 2014. The more you get to know me the more you'll know that I am a huge sports fan. I love watching the kids hit their millstones and grow into their own person!

I took a job at his schools after school program. I moved from lead teacher to director in a year. Hello, my name is Jaide, and I am 29 years old. My childcare journey started when I was 8 years old with my baby sisters and I have yet to find anything else more joyful or fulfilling. Nothing is more important to me than giving and teaching kindness, unconditional love and being proud of who you are, and it is an honor to have such an important job.
